Why would Jabez say, "enlarge my boarders", because he had not taken his boarders. Why would he not have taken his boarders? A person who has no sense of worth, no sense of value, who sees themselves as "sorrow", that view is going to be reflected in everything you do. Jabez didn't believe he could take what had been given to him. So he had just let it go, go to his neighbors, go to weeds and wilderness.
