I want to talk to you about the promise God made about the tithe and offering. In the New Testament the tithe is Christ raised from the dead and the offering is Christ crucified. He is telling us to get the tithe and offering into the storehouse. You are the storehouse!

Traditional literalists tell us this is a book of pending doom. Our Heavenly Father is not some monster out to destroy. Jesus said he didn't come to destroy men's but to save them. God is good and he is love.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ brings the "end of the world", but the world that truly ends is this world of our outer life. The sign of "the end" is what God has accomplished within us. God's method of dealing with "self" is the cross of Christ Jesus, the power of the cross wrought out in our lives. He is the exalted Lamb slain in the midst of the throne.

The spirit of prophecy is not primarily telling you what is going to happen. Prophecy in it's basic meaning is that God, through human beings, is speaking into this now moment. Prophecy is not foretelling, prophecy is speaking forth God's word (Jesus) into this present moment and changing it.
