  We desperately need to know the unconditional, limitless love of God brought to us through Jesus Christ by his Holy Spirit and have the Holy Spirit fall upon us and call us into wholeness. When you know God loves you then your service will be a response to love and not to get it! The Tabernacle of Moses given to him by God was a model of the cross and man coming to God through the cross and entering the heaven of heavens and the relationship of the whole universe to that. It was God giving us a scale model of his redemptive purpose. It was God giving us a picture of Jesus. There's a new equation to personhood after the fall of man. Now it's based on what I do because I'm ashamed of who I am. I've turned from being a Human Being into a human doing. I must do something to justify my existence. The new equation is this, what I do plus my success at what I do plus what you think of what I do, that is how you rate me. We are made to discover ourselves from an outside voice and that voice being God our creator who loves us unconditionally. Having lost that we now turn to other people and we look to their voice, their smile for affirmation.   Most religions have a sacrifice. But all those religions begin with man. The individual coming with a sacrifice and saying. "is this enough?". Only in the Hebrew-Christian religion begins with God saying, "here is the sacrifice I have ordained, this is enough." With the other religions I have to put faith in what I'm doing and hope for the best that this sacrifice is enough. With Hebrew-Christain I put faith in God, he said this was enough.
